Pakistan textile industry like all other industries has suffered a lot due to COVID 19, but slowly started to resume its exports by applying strategic measures with support of the Government as well as by its own initiatives.

As a first step the domestic mills have started productivity by strictly following the government policies as well as guidelines of WHO.

It is pertinent to mention here that because of the pandemic, Pakistan textile exports has declined by 4.46 percent recently and if the situation remains the same for some more time period; it will have a great financial impact on textile sector.

Keeping in view the facts, textile sector along with the government is proactively monitoring the situation for gradual revival of the industry.
